I had an excellent time at Nainital Retreat...Loved the place...and enjoyed every bit of all facilities..the food and service was too good .the staff was very accomodative friendly polite...Rooms were super clean..

I would suggest anybody travelling to Nainital please stay at Nainital Retreat for a comfortable pleasant stay...you will never regret

A very comfortable experience
The staff was very warm, polite and alert.
Special mention must be made of Chef Parihar,
Mr. Tara and Mr. Shyam .
The service was just flawless - just NO apology moments.
It seemed they really understood what a holiday tour mean for a working couple and they did everything humanly possible to make it picture perfect.

The stay was comfortable with all the services in timely manner. Above all the food at all times was super delicious under their experienced team led by Sh Parihar (chief chef). Naini retreat is the epitome of wholesomeness. The resort is nestled in a beautiful location with a spectacular view of the Naini lake. A rememberable stay at this Property
Check in on 12/12/2023 and had a surpise welcome from the Hotel management and staff.Rooms were cleaned and provided with hot and cold ac. Excellent common area with sufficient place for a bon fire. Hotel do provide pick up and drop services from Mall road which is an added bonus. Loved the food. spacious rooms compared to other property in the area.

It was worth it!
The Naini Retreat: I had planned a trip for myself and my wife and daughter to Nainital recently. We were recommended Naini Retreat by a close friend.

Excellent experience
A beautiful and scenic property. Excellent staff ready to help at any point of time in 24 hours. Food was good. The view from the room was great. The bonfire at the night and view from terrace is breathtaking in evenings

Great Experience
Excellent resort with great mountain View and mind blowing hospitality. Very courteous and supportive staff. Whatever need we had, the hotel provided exemplary support. The flute playing by Yashraj every morning made the ambience very nice during breakfast. All the front desk, housekeeping, security guard, the driver who helped us during pick up and drop at Mall Road and restaurants serving staffs are very courteous. They took great care during our stay. Great experience
